Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are currently hiring for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Alpharetta, GA office. This is an in-office position that serves as the operational hub for the communications and marketing team, ensuring projects move efficiently across marketing communications, writing, design, bids/technical writing, and trade show/event support. This role is responsible for coordinating requests, managing priorities, tracking deadlines, and maintaining visibility across multiple projects and stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong organization, proactive communication, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications Operations
● Manage intake for incoming marketing and communications requests.
● Ensure requests include key project details such as audience, goals, deadlines, approvers, priorities, and required assets.
● Maintain project calendars, monitor deadlines and deliverables, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
● Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders requesting marketing and communications support.
● Prepare and distribute weekly status updates to provide visibility into active, upcoming, and completed projects.
● Help maintain team processes, templates, documentation, and asset libraries to improve efficiency and consistency.
Trade Shows & Event Operations
● Manage the full lifecycle of trade shows and events, including planning, logistics, inventory management, collateral preparation, shipping coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
● Coordinate event materials, vendor deliverables, and internal resources to ensure deadlines are met and all event requirements are executed accurately and on schedule.
● Serve as a key point of coordination between distributors, vendors, and internal teams, providing timely follow-up, maintaining visibility on deliverables, and ensuring accountability through project completion.
● Support operational planning and logistics for industry events, customer engagements, and company initiatives while maintaining clear communication and status updates across stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination
● Support the coordination and execution of marketing communications, creative/design, technical writing, proposal, and event-related projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
●Drive continuous improvement across marketing operations by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, communication, and project management practices.

● Experience coordinating marketing operations, sales operations, project workflows, creative/agency traffic, events, proposal development, or bid management processes is preferred.
● Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring consistent communication, visibility, coordination, and project execution.
